Nature is square shapes and boxy volumes, cubes of wood and blocks of stone. Natural and solid materials with an expression of simplicity and clarity have become the hallmark of Kvänum.

The wall is coated with an intriguing fresco of grooved stone that seems to uncover the hidden barcode of the original rock. The marble, Pietra Grigia is Italian marble with shades of umber and trails of white. Tops of counter and kitchen isle come in the same material. The slanted edge makes the top look like a shallow Roman tub.

Rack for pans and utensils is in fact the tall cabinet’s elegant long handle and its ingenious attachment.

A smooth, veneered, full covering model, 22 mm thick. The edges are made of 5 mm solid wood. Concealed soft-close hinges. Opening angle of 110 degrees.
