In the area Käringberget in western Gothenburg, close to the city and the sea, 27 well-planned apartments are built with concern of both sustainability and architecture. Recurring materials are wood, stone and glass, and represent the area's nearness to nature and the sea. The choice of materials has been carefully selected. Kitchen in smoked oak and gray limestone.
