Malin Söderström has been devoted to cooking and cuisine as long as she can remember. At the age of just 10, she took the “Boil, bake, roast” cooking course at her local community centre. Today, Malin Söderström is a renowned chef who has prepared fine fare for a great many restaurant guests and given both TV viewers and journal readers a host of inspiring recipes. She has worked at Café Artist, Hannas, Spisen, Ocean and the Paul & Norbert inn, which was awarded a Michelin star. Malin has been a member of the Swedish National Chefs’ team, and in recent years has also held entertaining lectures at Kvänum showrooms all over Sweden and at our national exhibition centre – Kökets Hus in Kvänum. |
