Baking tips with Anna Arvids

Despite her young age, Anna Arvids has extensive experience as a baker and pastry chef, having worked at Gateau and Gunnarssons Konditori in Stockholm, Sweden. She has entered a number of professional competitions, and her results speak for themselves: 1st prize, creativity prize and audience prize at the Swedish Championships for Young Bakers – followed by 1st prize at the European Championships for Young Bakers; second place in the 2008 Pastry Chef of the Year competition. She was also formerly a member of Team Milko and the Swedish National Cooking Team. Anna currently works as a baker at Tössebageriet in Stockholm.
